These Terms of Service describe the baseline rules for our client engagements, including scope, payments, timelines, and usage rights. The goal is simple: clear expectations for both sides, fewer surprises, better work.

Creative direction and consulting

Specific deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are defined in a separate Project Agreement / Proposal for each engagement.

How We Use Your Information

Work begins after a signed agreement and a 50% upfront deposit are received.

Deliverables are based on what’s listed in the Project Agreement.
Any change in requirements, features, pages, or outputs is treated as a scope change and must be approved in writing. Scope changes may adjust pricing and timelines.

You keep ownership of any materials you provide to us (logos, copy, assets, brand files).
Once the project is fully paid, you receive rights to the final approved deliverables as specified in the agreement.
Terra Studio may retain rights to unused drafts, explorations, or concepts.
Unless otherwise agreed, Terra Studio may showcase the work in our portfolio, case studies, and social channels.

Third-party costs (licenses, hosting, paid plugins, fonts, stock assets, tools) are billed separately unless included in writing.
Rush work, extra rounds, or added scope may incur additional fees.

During business hours, we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Delays in client feedback, missing assets, or late approvals may shift deadlines accordingly.

6) Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and apply reasonable security measures to protect it.

If you require an NDA, we can sign one upon request before starting the work.

7) Termination

Either party may end the engagement with written notice. In that case:

You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
If the project is cancelled after work has started, a cancellation/kill fee may apply (as defined in the agreement).
